Employment All employees are required to have a background check and fingerprints and a TB test before they can begin working at the center. All full time teachers are required to complete the Early Childhood Credential I and II within 6 months of employment. All employees are responsible for completing their required in-service training hours annually. Lead Teacher: Early Childhood Credential I and II , prefer degreed candidates and experience in childcare. Assistant Teacher: Early Childhood Credential I and II and experience in childcare preferred.
